This 90-second gluten free bread is the fastest way to enjoy fresh, soft bread that’s keto-friendly, low-carb, and naturally gluten-free.
Ingredients
3 tbsp almond flour (or coconut flour)
1 egg (large)
1 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
1. Whisk egg and melted butter in a ramekin or mug.
2. Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir well until smooth.
3. Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
4. Let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
Notes
You can double the recipe and microwave for 2 minutes in a larger dish.
Store in fridge for 4 days or freeze up to 1 month.
